Everybody needs a bowl like
this. Just think how nice it will look
sitting on your desk, dining table, or even sideboard. Fill it up with your favorite nuts or
candies. You might even use it as a
catch all bowl for keys and change. Some
folks even use them for putting those larger diameter candles in. Makes no difference what you use it for, this
little bowl is gonna look good doing it.
I did not measure the volume as it’s really not a serving bowl. It is 7 ½” long and 4 ½” wide. The highest point is 1 ¾” and the lowest is
¾”. Sealed the wood with food grade
walnut oil and then finished it with a walnut oil/shellac mixture. This combination gives the bowl a nice hard
long lasting natural finish.
