There just isn’t any doubt in my mind that you will find this pecan bowl stunning to the eye. The natural coloration that Mamma Nature provided make this bowl a winner. It also has a fairly large capacity for one of this size with it measuring 5 cups volume. The diameter of the bowl is 8 ½” with a height of 3” with the depth coming to 2 ¼”. Just enough extra wood in the base to add to the stability of the piece. Use this as a medium sized serving bowl for veggies or even smashed taters. Some folks might use it as a popcorn bowl. I can even picture it sitting in the middle of your table full of fruit and nuts. The wood was sealed with two coats of food grade walnut oil and then finished with a couple of coats of a walnut oil based wax.
