When you look at this fine looking
bowl, I think you are gonna just love it!
Lots of color that comes naturally with the different kinds of wood
used. You have pecan, cedar elm, white
oak, and bodark. What more could you ask
for. All in 6 distinctive layers. The diameter of the bowl is 8 ½”, the height
is 4” with a depth of 3 ¼”. The volume
measured comes to 6 cups. All of the
wood was sealed with food grade walnut oil and then the finishing was done with
a mixture of walnut oil and shellac.
This combination gives the bowl a nice hard long lasting finish. This bowl will certainly look good sitting on
your table full of tasty treats such as fruits and nuts. 23Jul19
