Not only does it have beautiful natural colors, it holds 5 cups in volume. That is a pretty good amount of salad, smashed spuds, fruit and nuts or whatever else you may decide to put in it. The diameter is 10” with a height of 2 ¾” and a depth of 1 ½”. The wood was sealed with food grade walnut oil. The finishing was done using a wax that is walnut oil based.
